Status Update: Harbour Side Grocery Market & Gift Shop & the Blue Ginger Spa is open. An extended dock was added to the permanent jetty giving almost 100 ft. of docking space on both sides. Boaters are warmly welcomed at the resort.
Admin Note: I have had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful resort many times. I can say that it was always an enjoyable stay. The staff and management are friendly and helpful and beautifully laid back, but not intrusive in any way. Try it... I think you'll love it! Five stars and top marks for this stylishly appointed resort, its great staff and management, and its fantastic gourmet restaurant, Water's Edge Restaurant & Bar. CCC has built and opened a new restaurant on the CCC property, called the 'Mona Lisa Italian Restaurant'. All feedback indicates that the food is superb and the desserts are to die for. Admin Note: In 2007 I had the real pleasure of meeting Vittoria at Mona Lisa where I enjoyed a mouth-watering, delicious dinner. Lazy Lagoon Tropical Cottages & Bar

A single block of six wooden cabins each door painted a different pastel colour, each cabin is fully equipped with a queen-sized bed or two twin-sized beds with mosquito net, a bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with stove, pots and pans, and a refrigerator. Snacks are available at the Hornibaboon Bar which is positioned halfway beween the cabins and the road, sometimes with entertainment at night, and maybe a barbecue. Along the front of the cabins runs a wooden deck with a table & chairs for each room.

Status: Fully Operational. Good reviews from guests. We visited the property and the Horni Baboon Bar in January 2009 where we had a couple of drinks and a very nice chat with the staff. We found the bar to be quiet during the day and for the most part very popular in the evenings.

Nutmeg Bay Villa

Nutmeg Bay has five bedrooms (three king size and two twins), all with splendid en-suite bathrooms, sleeping up to 10 people in absolute comfort.
Although the oceanfront setting ensures a near-constant trade wind breeze, all the bedrooms are air conditioned for additional comfort and open directly onto the fabulous south-facing sun and pool terrace, with its beautiful wooden furniture and superb infinity edge swimming pool. The crystal clear pool is balanced with Baquacil, making it free of chlorine and all the associated problems.

Admin Note: Our staff members had the good fortune to spend a week in the Nutmeg Bay Villa in January 2009. What can we say? The villa is top drawer in every way. All the bedrooms open out onto the pool deck which fast becomes the centre of living during the day. At night you are ensconced in a beautiful living room that rises at least 3 storeys high with a huge chandelier as the centre piece. It is comfortably furnished and has all the extras you would expect. The large and super modern kitchen is a pleasure to use, sporting many luxury items such as a stand up cooler in which to keep beer, mixes and even liquors. The stove is a pleasure on which to cook breakfasts, and I'm sure other meals as well but we ate out most nights. Nick Hughes did a wonderful job of making us feel at home as usual. We highly recommend this villa to all members and guests that read this Forum. - BJ

Located: The apartments are centrally located. they are overlooking St. George's in Springs within easy walking distance of public transportation, shopping and taxi services.
The Pelican Apartments consist of two split levels, with four seperate self-contained units. Each Unit has two bedrooms, each with ceiling fans and dual voltage power outlets. There is also a bathroom with shower and hot & cold water. The kitchen is fully self-catering. In addition, there is a dining and lounge area, cable T.V and telephone.
