Residency

Hello Jim,

This is my first post and I wondered if you could answer a few questions....

I understand that I can stay in Grenada for up to six months as a tourist. If I purchased a house in Grenada would immigration allow me to stay in Grenada longer, say up to a year before I had to leave the island?

Could I purchase a plane ticket for 6 months or even an open ticket?

If my children are on the island for 6 months would they be allowed to attend the government schools?

Do people from commonwealth countries like the UK have a easier time of getting a work permit or is it just as difficult for all non-grenadians wanting to work.

I understand that I could apply for permanent residency after living on the island for two years. How much funds would I need to satisfy immigration say for a family of two adults and two children?

Thanks for taking the time to reply
